Sugar, Sugar, Sugar

Apparently, at this Christmas holiday people around my house keep talking about, it's tradition to put candy on graham crackers. Mommy and Daddy call it decorating gingerbread houses, but lets keep it real. All they did was stick some gingerbread together and set out a buffet of candy for me to eat.

I tried to act interested and do like my sister - spread some frosting on my house and plop a piece of candy on it. But why waste good candy. Candy belongs in your belly. So for every piece stuck to the house, I pulled it off, ate it and grabbed another piece of candy off the tray and ate that one too for good measure.

Daddy was a little disturbed by all this candy eating before bed, especially since I didn't eat my dinner, but it didn't stop me. I kept eating it and eventually he gave up and got into the Christmas spirit. That is the perk of having a big sis, mommy and daddy could only put off this decorating thing but so many nights because I didn't eat my dinner. Eventually, they had to let us decorate them because AB was driving them crazy about when we were going to decorate them. So I got a free candy ride, all thanks to big sis and I didn't have to eat a single veggy!

They did make go outside though after all the decorating. In fact, I ran a lap around the neighborhood at full speed. They said it must have been the sugar, but full speed ahead is the only gear I know these days.

They've since put my gingerbread house out of reach. They think I can't see it on top of the fridge, but I do. I'm just trying to figure out what I can climb on to get it. Stay tuned... The rest of that house is going in my belly.

Gotta Get a Banana

When you are starving, waiting on dinner, sometimes you just have to have a banana. Even if that means moving the footstool from the living room to the kitchen and climbing on so you can reach the bunch.

St. Nick Stopped By

You know how I told you I think my mommy and daddy are losing it. Well, I think Big Sis is too. A couple nights ago she put a pair of empty shoes in front of her door before she went to bed. Then stuck a pair of mine in front of my door. Then we added in a couple of empty PEZ candy dispensers.

We get up in the morning and look...

Our shoes are filled with goodies and our PEZ dispensers are filled with candy. I heard something about St. Nick, not sure if he's a long lost relative, but whoever he is, I like him.

So I might be the only sane one left in the house, but if candy, cars and trains continue to be involved I'll continue to go along with their crazy Christmas antics around here.

Santa called the other day. Luckily mommy and daddy had just gotten the Santa phone out of the Christmas box, otherwise I would have missed it. I told him I wasn't sure what this Christmas stuff is all about. In fact, I think my parents may have gone crazy - they brought a big tree in the house and they are hanging stuff on it -weird. But, I do like messing with the trains and Tinkerbelle hanging on the tree.

Word has it there might be presents at the end of this Christmas thing. Some crazy elf just showed up out of nowhere. I'm not sure who he is or how he gets around, but Big Sis seems to like him. So he must be legit...

Thanksgiving 2011

I wanted to eat before lunch was ready...  So I didn't eat at all....

I wanted to take pictures instead of having my picture taken... So I wouldn't get all the way dressed (plus mom couldn't find the top to my costume and my big sis said the indian in Pocahontas doesn't wear a shirt anyway)

But at least I wasn't the turkey this year... So overall it was a good Thanksgiving.

Happy Thankgiving

PS- Do you think the indians and pilgrims wore underwear? I don't think they did.....

Today I Learned A Lesson

I learned that if you take a balloon outside and let go, it will float away.
If you come inside and grab another balloon (your sister's) and take it outside to offer it up to the sky, it still won't make your balloon come back.

So you might as well take the only balloon you have back inside....

Cleaning Up

During clean up time, if I get into the toy box does that mean I don't have to clean up and put my toys away?

My Office

Sometimes the only place you can get any work done is under the table.

Tinkerbelle puzzles can also be used as train tracks.

Ten Minutes of My Saturday

While Mommy was busy cleaning, I spied the unsupervised pumpkin jar of candy corns and thought, "hey, I think I need a snack. She ain't looking, so what's the harm in some predinner sugar nuggets".

So I took it upon myself to push the dining room chair over to the counter, climb on and give it my best reach. About this time, she spotted me. I'm all in at this point, so I keep going for it.

For a moment, I thought I was going to get away with it. But the smile you see below was short lived because Mommy  put down the camera and hoisted me off the chair sending me on my way, sans candy.

But, I'm a giving guy and I decided if I can't have anything to snack on, I'll give fish something to snack on. So I let Mommy get busy again, then I pushed my chair over to the fish tank. I reached for the fish food and shook it all over the counter and the floor. Fishy was HUNGRY and I had to give Mommy a nice mess to clean up. She should have just let me have a candy corn or two...

All that work, made me thirsty. I grabbed Mommy's water bottle and sucked every last drop out of it. (Yes, that is my sister in the background sitting in the table - she's crazy like that.)

Minutes later, I hopped on my fire truck and raced through the kitchen going "Wwwwooo, Wwwwooo, Wwwwoooo". It was a bumpy ride considering I was sitting on my empty water bottle and purse. Sure couldn't leave those things back at the station, never know if someone will take off with it!

A Two Year Old's Halloween

Hmm. What are we getting ready to do with this pumpkin?

We can't do anything until we get some more snack.

Blocks are more fun, than whatever it is they are doing with the pumpkin.

Still not sure what they are doing, so I'll just play with my train.

Now we're talking - Power Tools!!!

What took you so long Daddy to get the drill out, this rocks...

I don't know who I am, but Mommy said do my pose. So here it is.

Not sure if I'm Jack Jack Incredible or Dash Incredible, but either way lets get this show on the road. The talk of all this candy is making me drool.

But before we go, I must put my truck in my pumpkin and eat the rest of the snack crackers I had stored in there. You can't leave without a snack, who knows how long this is going to take.

Fill it up babe, aka"trick or treat"!
I think I see more loot that way Sis.

This is what I'm talking about, a bucket filled with candy. I wonder how many of these they'll let me eat before I go to bed.

Don't tell my Big Sis, but I grabbed a few of her candies when she wasn't looking. I didn't have quite enough. She'll never know.

Happy Halloween!
